We have three ways to help you to calculate your home’s current value. The first is for us to do a market analysis of your home. We take all of the information publicly available on your home, along with all of the input you can give us on improvements and upgrades. We then do a ‘comparative market analysis‘ using recently sold homes (as well as active, pending and expired listings). Buyers, their agents and appraisers will all be looking at the same data and using the comparable property methodology. We then produce a report showing a detailed market report for your community and of course we provide for you a value range that will give you a very good idea of the value of your home.
The second system that we can set you up with are ‘property alerts.’ Once you have a good idea of the current value, you can you can keep track of any new homes on the market or recent sales that might affect the value of your home. We send you an immediate email with this information as this activity occurs.
Lastly we have a way for you to search for sold homes in your area. By clicking on the ‘Home Values‘ tab at the top of our website you will be given the opportunity to search for the recent home sales in your area, and you can refine the criteria to make sure that you are looking at homes very similar to your own.
