Steve Landis, Real Estate Broker

Steve is a San Diego native whose career prior to real estate was focused on marketing and advertising. Formerly the Managing Director of the European operation of a NASDAQ listed company based in London, Steve has worked with and consulted some of the best known financial services firms in the world, including Citibank, American Express and Barclays Bank in England. From these experiences he brings to his role as a Real Estate Broker, a flair for serving clients with high expectations, and this includes setting service standards as well as using technology and innovative marketing to achieve client’s goals.

In addition to creating world class marketing plans for selling luxury properties, Steve has a passion for working with property investors who seek to increase their personal wealth through savvy investment decisions. With an MBA qualification as well as his previous work experience, Steve has a strong understanding of financial analysis and portfolio management. He is a member of the San Diego Apartment Association and the Mike Watson Real Estate Investment Institute.

Steve is also a Certified Distressed Property Specialist and works with both buyers and sellers of foreclosed and short sale properties.

He oversees Landis Property Management, a full service property management company.
